What's up with Swarm?

A few days ago, I read an article about Swarm shutting down.  Swarm is a crypto currency platform that helps small bitcoin companies with marketing, fund raising, and mentoring.  I plan to get in touch with one of the founders to get the details.  So stay tuned....
